Idaho permanently adopt daylight saving time If passed, the bill would have the regions of the state that currently operate in the Pacific time zone adopt daylight saving time as the permanent time of the state. Senate Bill 1267 passed the Idaho Senate on Feb. 26, and, if passed by the House, would only be signed into law with congressional approval.
