Judge postpones lawsuit over opioid prescriptions - A judge has postponed a lawsuit filed by residents of West Virginia and Kentucky that accuses pharmacies and doctors of negligently prescribing pain medication. The Charleston Gazette-Mail reports that West Virginia Judge Joseph Reeder issued an order last week canceling a trial scheduled to start March 9.

Boil Water Advisory issued for part of Lincoln County - Officials say a Boil Water Advisory has been issued for some McKinney Water District customers in Lincoln County. Officials say the advisory is for those customers located on KY Highway 1778, the South Fork area. They say this affects 70-80 customers.
