So I was wondering recently if I only had to take one supplement alongside a healthy diet, which is cost and time effective to obtain, what would it be? I wrote about it here
I think there is a lot of fussing these days over diets and supplements etc, and a minimal fussing over that sort of stuff should be part of living in a minimal way. From my experience trying new supplements and fussing over what ones to buy can be a real waste of time. Any thoughts?
